Offering a beautiful panorama over the Adriatic Sea and islands Hvar and Brač, and yet only a short 5 minutes drive away from the center of Makarska on the east and Baška Voda and Brela on the west, the villa is the outstanding contemporary and modern house over 4 floors, and the décor has been inspired by the elements of the sea. Calming colors, stones, and elements of ancient history create a relaxing atmosphere. With private pool & sport court, you can fill your day with sun and laugh. Surrounded by nature and sheltered by mountain Biokovo you will feel safe and protected and we will make sure to fulfill all your needs.It is suitable for 6 + 2 people.
Villa offers a 340 m² of living space on 4 levels, garden with a huge private, heated swimming pool and barbecue, french garden corner. It is suitable for 6 + 2 people. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with an open-space kitchen and an exit to the terrace with pool and sunbeds and one bedroom with a double sofa bed for 2 people and on same floor is toilet. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and balcony.All rooms have TV / SAT, air conditioning. In the basement is a huge professional gym, and there is a 56 m² outdoor sports court suitable for football, basketball, volleyball & etc.
On the third floor is the Rooftop with garden furniture, a mini kitchen and a bathroom, and sunshade Heated 24m² swimming pool, shower & Grill Parking possibilities/garage The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade, and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.
This spacious villa is fully air-conditioned and fully equipped with all amenities including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, TV/SAT, WI-FI, garage, baby facilities, tennis table. House is decorated with original art paintings of prominent Croatian painters.
My family built this house because we wanted to offer a quality and unforgettable moments in a very peaceful and private area of Makarska.
